Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a massive rally in Arrah, Bihar, on Sunday, launched a strong attack on the Congress, equating it with Pakistan and alleging that both “have not yet recovered from Operation Sindoor.”
Calling the Gandhis the “royal family” of the Congress, the Prime Minister said, “When blasts were happening in Pakistan, the Congress royal family lost their sleep. To date, both Pakistan and Congress namdaars haven’t recovered from Operation Sindoor.”
‘Modi’s Guarantee Fulfilled in Jammu and Kashmir’
Modi reiterated that it was his guarantee to abrogate Article 370, asserting, “We fulfilled that promise, and now the Constitution of India is fully implemented in Jammu and Kashmir.”
He added that Operation Sindoor had made the nation proud by showing India’s strength to its adversaries.

Congress-RJD Alliance Under Fire
Criticising the alliance between the Congress and the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Modi claimed that the Congress was coerced into declaring Tejashwi Yadav as its chief ministerial face. “RJD snatched the CM post by pointing a gun at Congress,” he alleged, adding that the two parties were deeply divided and could not be trusted to govern.
‘RJD Symbol of Jungle Raj, Congress Linked to Sikh Genocide’
Taking a sharp dig at the Mahagathbandhan’s manifesto, Modi termed it a “document of betrayal and lies,” while calling the NDA’s manifesto “honest and visionary.”
He said, “If RJD brought ‘Jungle Raj’ to Bihar, Congress’s identity is linked to the genocide of Sikhs in 1984. Even today, the Congress gives positions to those responsible for those riots.”
‘Jungle Raj Will Face Historic Defeat’
Exuding confidence in a record NDA victory, the Prime Minister said, “Analysts sitting in Delhi should come and see the people’s enthusiasm. The ‘jungle raj’ alliance will face the worst defeat in history.”

‘Congress Insults Culture, NDA Promotes Heritage’
Highlighting cultural issues, Modi said, “The NDA believes in development while protecting cultural heritage. Congress and RJD mocked the Maha Kumbh and Chhath Puja. Such people must be taught a lesson.”
He urged migrants returning home for Chhath Puja to stay and vote, asserting that a “developed Bihar” was essential for a “Viksit Bharat.”
